If you're experiencing problems such as being signed out immediately after signing in, seeing an outdated version of the application, or encountering broken features, the steps below should help you resolve them. Work through them in order, starting with the quickest fixes.
1. Check Your Computer's Date and Time
This is the most common cause of an immediate sign-out right after logging in. If your device's clock is incorrect, our servers cannot verify your session and will reject it straight away.
Make sure your device's date, time, and time zone are all set correctly:
- Windows — Right-click the clock in the taskbar and select Adjust date/time. Enable Set time automatically.
- Mac — Go to System Settings → General → Date & Time. Enable Set time and date automatically.
- iPhone / iPad — Go to Settings → General → Date & Time. Enable Set Automatically.
- Android — Go to Settings → General Management → Date and Time. Enable Automatic date and time.
Once corrected, try signing in again before moving on to the steps below.
2. Clear Your Browser Cache and Cookies
Your browser stores temporary files (cache) and small data files (cookies) to help pages load faster and keep you signed in. Over time, these can become outdated or corrupted, causing problems such as:
- Being signed out unexpectedly or immediately after signing in
- Seeing an old version of the application
- Broken features or pages not loading correctly
- Error messages other users aren't experiencing
Clearing them forces your browser to fetch a fresh copy of everything.
Note: Clearing cookies will sign you out of most websites, so make sure you have your passwords handy before proceeding.
Quick Refresh — Keyboard Shortcut
This clears cached files for the current page and is the fastest first thing to try:
| Browser | Windows | Mac |
|---|
| Chrome | Ctrl + Shift + R | Shift + Command + R |
| Firefox | Ctrl + Shift + R | Shift + Command + R |
| Edge | Ctrl + Shift + R | Shift + Command + R |
| Safari | (not supported) | Command + Option + E, then Shift + click Reload |
Full Clear — Recommended for Persistent Issues
For the most thorough fix, use the steps below and make sure to set the time range to All time — clearing only the last hour or day may not remove the file causing the problem.

- Check Cached images and files and Cookies and other site data.

3. Try a Private / Incognito Window
A private browsing window starts completely fresh with no cached files or stored cookies. If the application works correctly in a private window, it confirms that your browser's stored data is the problem, and fully clearing your cache and cookies (Step 2) should fix it.
| Browser | Windows / Android | Mac / iPhone |
|---|
| Chrome | Ctrl + Shift + N | Command + Shift + N |
| Firefox | Ctrl + Shift + P | Command + Shift + P |
| Edge | Ctrl + Shift + N | Command + Shift + N |
| Safari | (not available on Windows) | Command + Shift + N |
On mobile, look for the incognito or private tab icon within the browser's tab switcher.
4. Disable Browser Extensions
Extensions — particularly ad blockers, privacy tools, and password managers — can sometimes interfere with how the application loads or handles your session. Try disabling all extensions temporarily, then reload the page. If that resolves the issue, re-enable them one at a time to identify which one is causing the problem.
- Chrome / Edge — Go to Settings → Extensions and toggle them off.
- Firefox — Go to Settings → Add-ons and Themes and disable each one.
- Safari — Go to Settings → Extensions and uncheck each extension.
5. Force a Full Reload (Advanced)
If a standard cache clear hasn't worked, you can force a deeper refresh using your browser's developer tools on desktop.
Chrome & Edge
- Press Ctrl + Shift + I (Windows) or Command + Option + I (Mac) to open Developer Tools.
- Right-click the Reload button in the address bar.
- Select Empty Cache and Hard Reload.
Firefox
- Press Ctrl + Shift + I (Windows) or Command + Option + I (Mac) to open Developer Tools.
- Hold Shift and click the Reload button, or press Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows) / Command + Shift + R (Mac).
Safari
- Make sure the Develop menu is enabled (Safari → Settings → Advanced → Show features for web developers).
- Click Develop in the menu bar and select Empty Caches.
- Then hold Shift and click the Reload button in the toolbar.
Still Having Trouble?
If none of the above steps have resolved the issue, try opening the application in a different browser entirely to rule out a browser-specific problem. If it works there, consider resetting your usual browser to its default settings.
If the problem persists across multiple browsers and devices, please contact our support team — the issue may be on our end.
