If a
student already has an account on our platform, you can link their Student
account to your School account. On the Profile page, students will be
able to see which schools they are linked with, as well as a Link ID.
Ask them to provide this Link ID to you.

On your School
page, there is a form to add this ID called Link Existing Student. Insert
the Link ID received from the student and click on Link Existing
Student. The student will then be linked with your school account, and you
will be able to monitor their progress.
Once linked, the student's profile will update. They will not be able to unlink their account without contacting us, and we will not remove the link without first contacting you.
