Reset your password

If you have forgotten your password, you reset it to a new password by selecting the Forgot your password? option on the Sign In page.

You will be taken to a form where you can enter your User Name or Email Address. Enter one of those, and an email will be sent to the email address you have set up on the platform. This email contains a special time-limited link that you can use for resetting your password.

When you click on the link, you'll be taken to a special page where you can set a new password. Add the same password in both the Password and Confirm Password boxes to change your password.
