Common sign-in issues

You may have issues signing into your account due to prerequisite steps you need to take such as:
  1. Confirming your email address
  2. Accepting the Terms of Use

Confirming Your Email Address

After signing in with a correct User Name or Email Address, and Password you may see a message telling you that you first need to confirm your email address before signing in. If you have not received your confirmation email, please click the button below the message to resend it.

Click on the Resend confirmation email button to have an email sent to you - you will also see a message that will let you know that the email was successfully sent. Once you receive the email, click on the link to verify your email address. Once verified, please sign in again.

Accepting the Terms of Use

You will not be able to sign in if you have not accepted our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If this is the case, you will see the following message when signing in.

You can click on the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy links to view them. Please read them carefully, and if you accept them, click on the button below the message. You will then be automatically signed in and won't have to complete this step again unless the Terms of use and/or the Privacy Policy changes.
