Reporting incorrect lesson content

At Ground School, we are dedicated to providing accurate and reliable lesson content. If you come across any errors—whether factual inaccuracies, typographical mistakes, or other issues—you can use our reporting feature to let us know.
Info
Please note, this feature is intended solely for reporting mistakes and is not a tool for requesting additional training on the content.

How to file a report

  1. Identify the Error
While engaging with the lesson, take note of any discrepancies or mistakes in the content.
  2. Locate the Report Button
Scroll to the bottom of the lesson page. You will see a button labelled Report.

  3. Submit Your Report
Click the Report button. A form will appear which you can use to file your report. Be as specific as possible—explain what is incorrect and, if applicable, reference the particular section of the material. This detailed feedback helps our team understand the context and resolve the issue more efficiently.

  4. Receive Confirmation
Once you submit your report, a confirmation message will appear, assuring you that your input has been received. Our team will review your submission and work to make the necessary corrections as soon as possible.

What Happens After You Submit a Report

  1. Review by Subject Matter Experts (SMEs):
Your submitted report is automatically forwarded to our team of subject matter experts. They will carefully review the feedback to verify and investigate the reported issue.
  2. Viewing Your Reports:
You can track the progress of your reports through your Student Account. Under the Home Page, navigate to the Lesson Reports section where all of your submitted reports are listed.

Each report displays its current status (e.g., Open, Closed). Click on 'View' to load the detailed report.
  3. Further comments:
Once a report is open, you have the opportunity to add further comments. This added context can help the SME better understand the mistake. In some cases, our experts might ask clarifying questions directly through your report's comment section. You can respond to these queries at any time to provide the additional insight needed for an accurate review.

Your active participation in reporting errors is vital to maintaining the integrity and quality of our lessons. We appreciate your diligence and commitment to helping Ground School continuously improve its educational resources. If you encounter any issues with the reporting process or have further questions, please reach out to our support team.
